“We couldn’t be more grateful for the experience our son has had at the BDC Preschool. Our son, Connor, who struggled with change and was very shy, started at the BDC just after he turned 4 years old. From the first day, the teachers and staff made our entire family feel very welcome. You could see how much they cared for each individual child. The BDC is clearly more than just a job to those who work there.
The nurturing environment helped prepare Connor in more ways than one for kindergarten. We watched him go from a shy, introverted boy, to a boy who couldn’t quit talking about what he learned during his day and asking when he got to go back to school. It was so fun to listen to him talk about the science lessons he had learned throughout his day and continue to use that knowledge at home to educate his family. We watched Connor grow not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. It was so comforting to watch Connor confidently walk into preschool, give a quick hug, and then happily start his day with his friends.
We are so thankful to be part of the amazing community that is the Bighorn Development Center Preschool. We will miss everyone that is there but will always cherish the friends and memories that we all made as a family.”

“When it comes to my children's engagements, I always ask myself a few questions... Is it safe? Is it beneficial? Is it fun? Regarding enrollment to Bighorn Development Center, the answer in all 3 of these areas is, YES!! Our child LOVES going to BDC and looks forward to every day she gets to attend. Unlike some "preschools" which I find are lacking in educational proficiency, BDC is fully staffed with specialized professionals—from their teachers and assistants to therapists. Whether it was building on social skills, assessments, emotional regulation, or pinpointing our child's best methods for learning, BDC has given her the most comprehensive and complete structure for continuing her education with the best opportunities for success! It was SO MUCH MORE than just ABC's and 123's!!! This fall she is entering kindergarten and is eagerly anticipating it with a newfound level of confidence and independence she was able to achieve, thanks to Bighorn Development Center. We sure will miss this place, but we will always have fond memories of her first 'school' years and the special people that made that happen for her!!!”
